    You are making something out of nothing. All track saws use a 160-167mm blade with 160 (festool) and 165 being most common. The 160 works fine on the 165mm saws. It's no different than having a 6.5" saw The same could be said for any saw with a zero clearance insert. Any change in carbide...

    That locking feature is a gimmick imho. The Makita has that feature as well and you still have to hold the saw to keep it from tipping on a steep bevel cut.
