Household vacuum cleaner and some type of cap on the vacuum hose the you can drill to insert the clear hose going to the Mason jar.

I use clear plastic hose, a mason jar with 2 holes in lid to insert hose, and engine vacuum to bleed brakes and hydraulic clutch lines on transmission. Mason jar is used to catch fluid. I recently used it to **** old gas from the fuel tank of my pinto that's been sitting for unknown years.

That aluminum trim also makes a great French cleat.

One of the things I've done is hook up a second compressor teed into the outlet of the main compressor. I didn't worry about pressures or duty cycles as it was just temporary. The larger portables put out about 5cfm.

I would paint or stain in between the cracks different colors. Kind of like stained glass.

Personally I wouldn't have a problem using an old table saw and a high tooth count carbide blade to rip a steel stud if that's all I had lying around. Especially if you're trying to get a straight cut. But you need to watch the floppy end after the cut and definitely ppe.
