OK, so I tried PB blaster, and that *sort of* worked. Got the tiniest bit of wiggle in the pivot screw. Then I tried Kroil and over a couple of days, was able to work it loose and get it out. Still no luck on the swivel base locking nut though. Wedged some 18 GA in and tried my impact hammer on...
