Snap On slip joint pliers 137 vs 47 ?

On the SO site the 137 is 1/16" shorter OAL, and the jaw is 1/64" narrower than the 47. Wish they gave the weight. I see the different cutter now. The 137 "heavy Duty" is actually cheaper than the 47. Just interested in the differences. I have the 49ACF which are seriously beefy large...

Curious what makes the 137ACF "Heavy Duty"? Specs are almost the same as the 47ACF. Anyone have both? Comparison? Seth

    Are HF tarps waterproof?

I find the silver gray ones to be quite good. Used them to cover a commercial mower during winter and occasionally for thunder storms. The blue are pretty thin for durability in the wind. Not sure how the green are. If I was planning for the whole winter I would go with the silver/gray. Seth

    Do I need 23mm and 25mm sockets?

Seems like some people have used them and some not. If you are not going for pricey sockets why not fill them in and make your world right  Seth

    Gearwrench vs tekton?

A couple I came across ...................... older chrome GW 3/8" SAE universal/ flex socket set made in Taiwan same newer set made in China. As above for a wobble extension set ( don't remember the drive size at the moment). I actually had them both in my own hands in the packaging. Seth

    Deteriorated Crumbing Deadblows

I have three of those exact model Estwing deablows. Two of them are 20 plus years old. I bought the third new a couple years ago , but I don't really know how old it is. The 20+ year olds are still fine. I must have been lucky with storing them. Haven't done anything special they have...

Differences between HF 56" Series 2 boxes w/different part numbers

Sorry if this is OT. But it is related. Even the different nitrile glove #s fit differently. I have written down the # for the ones I like the best and keep it in my truck so that I know which to buy when I stop at HF. Seth
