    Ok, great. i appreciate the help. I think ill try to drain and fill with oil and see if this helps the lift. Do i just fill it with oil till it is level with the drain hole?

    ok so basically what your saying is dont touch that screw? how do i know if it needs a rebuild? will it still work? it does take quite a few pumps to get any decent lift. to replace the fluid do i just drain out of the resevoir hole n fill in the same hole?

    thanks for the reply. It still pumps up and the relief valve works, so i'm hoping i can just change the oil n maybe a new coat of paint. Im guessing the flat head screw on the front is a drain plug?

    Lining up drawers on old SO box.

    Use a 9/32 allen wrench. slide the long end of the wrench into the area between the drawer and the slide, it works the same as the tool but easier, lol. once the wrench is has the "prong" or whatever u call it pushed back, you will be able to push the slide back into the box. give it a shot...
