I went ahead and snagged two MTC-22 nippers. Mixed reviews of them here and they're likely NOS from all that I've read about MTC these days, but I don't know how long they might've been sitting on the shelf. They don't feel like inferior re-brands from Tsunoda. They'll be OK.
