Front steps to house unlevel. Suggestions?

I like the Idea of digging out under the left side. If you scrape out just to the center point you can use the center point as fulcrum to adjust angle. This assumes that the porch is flat on the bottom that is a bad assumption. Back in the day concrete was cheap and no telling what lies...

    Miter saw to cut metal?

Many people use gas to light fires, every so often somebody gets to go to the hospital. Wood chop saws were not designed to cut metal. Metal chop saws were. Metal chop saws run close to 1/2 rpm of others. Wood saws don't have a material clamp which is important for cutting metal. If ya...

Engineer pretty much stated the obvious. I wonder if sistering the beams (looks like there is more than 1) on both sides and use structural angle iron tru bolted to lower beam to carry the load off beatled beam. You would probably need a jack-able support wall on both sides and just jack slowly...

    Unistrut Question

The primary use is to have a quick way to mount multiple conduits and pipes perpendicular to unistrut. Use two fasteners to hang unistut and hang multiple hangers from unistrut. Much quicker if you are dealing with concrete or hanging pipes off of all thread several feet off of ceiling.

long bed trk on two post

Yep, that's why I actually weighed and figured CG actual with truck in loaded condition. Then there is no need to hyper-extend pads to try to balance F to R weight diff. Stands are good insurance too.

Vertical to Horizontal Mounted Outlet Question

Just a thought. If you have connections in the original box behind the pegboard it needs to have access. Perhaps a blank plate and cut pegboard around plate.

Can a wall support 2 hanging tire racks on the same studs?

Why not make a support from the outermost part from the rack that would support from the floor, halving the load on the wall. If you don't want them sticking out, make them angle back towards the wall meeting the wall at the floor. wall | |leg or wall| /angled leg.
