The other day, a co-worker and I were discussing all the gimmick tool **** Sears, would push over the years around Father's Day and Christmas. We agreed Robo Grip wasn't the worse they thing they ever sold, and it did have a sales life beyond Father's Day and Christmas. We also agreed the best...

    What's happening with Stahlwille

Should have taken the original wrench and put it on Ebay. Advertise it as rare, etc, etc, etc. Then see how long it takes for it to turn up on GJ. Hey look what I scored! lol.

    Eklind and Bondhus tool warranties

I work heavily with 5mm and below and 5/32 and below. I use the larger sizes too, but the smaller sizes, all the way down to the tiny sizes, gets the workout in my world.

    Bondhus Prohold Hex Bits

I have them. Spent the extra coin and got the ones with sockets already on them. I have multiple sets. If I wear one out or break it, I just mail it to Bondhus for no questions asked replacement. Meanwhile because I have duplicates, I'm not doing without, until the new one comes in.

Some good discussion. Except for my impact stuff, everything else I got is chrome.

    Chrome vs. Black Oxide Finish

I want to get you're opinions on why you would chose one finish over the other. I guess I could see choosing black oxide if FOD in some environments could be an issue with chrome flaking off. What might be some other reasons?

How much redundancy do you have?

Triples in wrenches. Triples in all my Bondhus hex and torx stuff. Triples and quads on the pry bar and lifting related stuff. Ratchets and screwdrivers coming out my ears. Lol. Doubles and more when it comes to sockets. Too much stuff to list. Lol.
