    I'm still going through my Dad's tools and have come up with three SK ratchets. The first two are clearly stamped 42470 with the patent number in different fonts, but the third ratchet does not list either and simply says CUSTOM with the SK in a diamond. I'm guessing the first two were standard...

    While I was rebuilding mine, I found the ball will drop through a 9/64 drill gauge, but not an 8/64. So, I'm think of picking up a few 9/64 balls to keep on-hand.

    Sadly my 91 year old father recently passed. My wife and I are starting to go through his belongings and happened upon this Williams socket set. We were wondering if anyone could tell us what its background and age was.
