I bought the Williams JHWB-52EHA 3/8" and am a little dissapoint how stiff the direction switch is. The selector is very short but also super stiff.
Is this a know thing for these or is possible I need to lube or break it in? Can I change the short selector for a longer one?
I had a crack in my wheelbarrow and a few layers of fiberglass cloth and polyester resin on the outside of it.
Doing some reading it seems like the consensus is this will fall off eventually and not bond.
Can someone tell me the real way to fix the crack? What will bond to this thing? I...
I'm looking for good work lights.
LED lights.
I prefer bar type because I don't see the advantage of the fake Xenon types that still just have LEDs in them.
One longer one for area and one smaller that is handy for closeup work.
No requirements beyond that so if you know of or have a good...
Going to finally get one after borrowing friends for years and now not having any friends. I have a motorcycle I will probably do everything on and a car I will be doing various small things on so a 3/8" with 20-80Nm range will be fine.
There are some Snap On QD2R100's for sale (~$160)on eBay...
Car is throwing a cyl 5 misfire. needed to get it sorted and want to get a scanner. My head is swimming on all the things I don't know about this stuff so can someone just tell me if this model

I saw in an earlier thread that the difference between the KRA4114 and the KRA2104 is drawer trim and slides.

I will go check out a used SO box tomorrow and was wondering how can I check to see if it was fully paid for.
Would it be considered stolen or just out of warranty or what?
I find it a little disturbing the Snap On and others are moving away from selling their tools in a wrap or bag. I understand most people will throw them in trays or wrench racks, or just let screwdrivers sit. Those thin plastic trays work well for large toolboxes, or if not, go to whatever...
Anyone know anything about these boxes and if they are decent?

Are they waterloo, if so which series? COO?
It weighs 65 lbs which for a 12x15x26 isn't bad.
I have been looking for a 26" top chest with a drop front and ASSumed all of the SO boxes were ball bearing but found this page

and many of the 26" boxes I have been looking at like the KRA3056, KRA3059, and the KRA59 have friction slides.
Are the...
Are the Williams screwdrivers the same as the older snap on?
I have a few of these that I like
If these williams are the same, they look to be a great deal.

On the Waterloo website they only show Professional, Waterloo and Shop series.
The craftsman Ball Bearing boxes made in the USA appear to be the Waterloo line.

Does the Waterloo PMX line have a craftsman equivalent and how does it...
Will take my impact and 3/8 to a friends house and want to bring a filter to protect my tools. Anyone have a suggestion for a small filter I can hook up inline? Any other suggestions for protection? I just got these and don't want them dead.
