If I am putting clear coat on my epoxy coat floor, do I put the aluminum oxide in the epoxy coat or in the clear coat. Starting my floor in an hour!

Currently diamond grinding. The Edco grinder I am using has a water line that you can hook the hose to and use water to keep dust down. Although I'm not having a dust problem, does water help the grinding process? I read on another post that is creates a mess. What say you? Thoughts please

Hey Everyone, I'm about to reserve a grinder from Sunbelt here in Knoxville. I was on their website and they have a concrete grinder and then they have a diamond grinder. Can someone explain the difference for me? Here is the website for your review...
