Hi,
I’m the [proud?] owner of a Bryant Plus 80 furnace (315AAV036070AAJA). I’ve recently had some issues with weak heating in the house.
I had someone come take a look - I am handy (mostly vehicles) but thought I ought to just pay someone to save time. The technician showed me that it was...
At our current place, I have to do all of the car work on old, rough (no longer new/smooth) concrete slabs. Any suggestions for a cheap mat, to save my back from looking like I got 40 lashes? Needs to be something that will handle fluids leaking on it (no carpet).
I don't want to clutter up the board, but I searched for around 10-15 minutes for the thread a while back that listed and described in detail many different chemicals (mineral spirits, acetone, etc etc) and their uses. I thought I bookmarked it, but I can't find it!
Post the link to it here if...
EDIT: Forgot to list the sizes - 7mm-24mm, no skips!
EDIT 2: Looks like Amazon has a listings for this set (81920) at $65. In light of this, the price of my set is $55 shipped. Damn Amazon!
Just like the title says, and the pictures show! Used them as a DIY for a year or so.
They have their...
Trying to get rid of these, I won't ever use them. $20 shipped for all of 'em. They are all made in USA (one SK, one KAL, one TruFit, a few that just say "Made in USA" Select Forge Steel, and a couple others).
Considering picking up a Makita MAC700 during the Zoro sale today.
I am an automotive DIY-er, and have been using an electric impact (works fine), but could easily find a lot of use for a couple simple air-powered "tools" (air gun for caliper rebuilds and general use, die grinder, tire...
Just like the title says. When I bought it (used), it came with two of the sgdep21 screwdrivers, and no sgdep20. All of them are in good shape.
Same exact set as here: http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item.asp?item_ID=645989&group_ID=675070
$35 shipped
Any comments on this unit? I have a tiny garage, and very little funding - so buying a whole compressor is not in sight. I use all electric tools (no pneumatic), but am looking for something to pump up tires (a blow gun would be useful too).
Any comments/advice are greatly appreciated.
Snap-On Fender Cover/Protector CKS7A. Basically new (used once - cleaned it up and flattened it all nice-like). $35 Shipped More Information.
Will be adding pictures (and other stuff) soon.
4 piece set of Snap On Flare Nut wrenches. Bought em quick and realized I don't really have any use...
Title and price seem like quite a demand, but seeing as the last batch sold for $44, I would guess there are some out there who went and bought the rest of the stock at their closest store and as a result have a few spares they were planning to sell for a profit. I would like a set, as I missed...
Extra Heavy Duty means it has the metal cap (well, more that it's one solid piece of metal - designed to take a bit of a beating).
Perhaps I gave it a little too hard of a beating :o Old rusty exhaust pipe piece was fully rusted inside..
How is Wiha with warranty stuff? The website says to...
I bought these a month or two back for this price - GREAT deal.

If you are a Craftsman Club member you get half price on all of these (comes out to $280 for all three). Not bad - the shallow drawers are a big disadvantage (only 10.75" deep).

I am not a professional mechanic - but I do have a good bit of tools that I need to organize and store in a decent sized box/tool "service cart". Optimally, I would like to buy a used harbor freight (Red, if possible) box/cart. I don't want to spend a lot. I would prefer to have a cart...
