Garage door opener angle/need to adjust after sheetrock?

Hey guys, long time no see. I sheetrocked/drywalled (5/8") the 3 car that is attached to the house this past weekend and wondered if the new lower angle of the rails and specifically the opener would create any problems? Opinions on two different wall construction options

I'm going to be putting up a full height wall to "partition" off a dedicated storage area in the shed. The speedbump that I am at is how long to make the wall. Option A is what I would prefer in order to cheat a few more feet of open floor space, but Option B (being able to tie into the next...

    Cutting laminate countertop

I need to cut a bit off the end of the countertop. All I have to work with is a circular saw. Should I score the laminate with a razor knife first to avoid chipping? Would a fine tooth circular saw blade help?
