I need to know what type of bearing this is. It's used on a spinning shooting target. It has a grease zerk on the right so it has to be a bearing I assume. The shaft is probably 1" diameter solid rod (if that helps for scale). Also where would I get one?

How would you set up the bottom half of this cabinet? I got it on craigslist for all my trays of fasteners, and love it. ($90 well spent IMO) I don't know what to do with the bottom half though... Here's my old system...The bottom right had drawers with cut PVC pipe "slivers" as drawer...

I shoot 3 gun competitions, and I wanted to build a cart that carried all my guns and Gear. I built it for a 60's era Army cooler so I can use it for tailgating or whatever. Someone can ride in it, and the handle comes off and i have a hitch to pull it with an ATV, riding mower, golf cart etc.

I got these 2 rolling laptop carts at a school auction. They would be useful for something but i can't think of a good use for them. I can definitely modify them if there's something they would be good for!?

I'm a shop teacher and part of my job is keeping kids on their toes by telling them to to get parts/tools that don't exist. My colleague told a kid to buy striped spray paint the other day and I about lost it. Hey we're just preparing them for the real world! Give me more...metric crescent...

Is it a good idea to make one stand that has both a bench vise and a pipe vise built into it? I have both and I was wondering if there's a good design like that, or if there's a reason not too many people do that.

This is on craigslist by me for $50. I can tell he would take less though. He says it doesn't have a brand or model on it. Is it just super old? Crappy? Nice? What's your brand/value/opinion?

I bought this at a garage sale for $5. It literally weighs about 40-50 lbs. The bottom is not magnetic so I'm guessing it is lined with lead or something (also adding to the weight). The whole case seems to be stainless steel, and is seamless. The top is a super strong magnet! The guy said...
