    Identify these side cutters

    I picked these up the other day because the chrome caught my eye as well as the pivot style. The only markings I find is the stamping "GG" that's mostly hidden up by the pivot on the "inside" of each half. They're nice, not sloppy, and cut wire just fine, but I have NO clue who made them.
