Good afternoon, I rediscovered this, in my toolbox, and it was probably my Dad's. It's a WRENCHKING 3/4 combination wrench, and it's made in the USA (with patents pending). It has setscrew in the open end part, and it holds in the spring-loaded feature. What is the purpose, of this?

Does anyone know, where to get replacement tabs, for old work electrical boxes? I've found, that if I take the tab off, and put white grease on the screw, and tab, they are easier to tighten up.

My Dad, had an Esso gas station, in Whitehall, WV, back in the late 60's. Whitehall, is 6-7 miles from Fairmont WV. I have this display, and I'm going to use it as storage.
