Whats the main difference between Knipex 71 01 200 and 71 31 200? The only difference I see is that the 71 31 200 have a notched blade. Anyone have experience using one or both? Which one should I get?

I recently bought a 3 bay toolbox. The garage floor is not level and the center wheels are not contacting the floor. Since I plan on getting a top box for this, I would like to have all 6 wheels contacting the floor for even weight disbursement and so it doesn't warp the frame of the bottom box...
