So I had a detached 24x24 pole building built recently. Looks great but builder failed to incorporate an opening in attic truss for permanent staircase that I would be adding after completion (they wanted $2500 for the stairs...i'll handle that part thanks!). Truss drawing specs 2' on center...

Concrete being poured today in my 24x24 pole barn. Very excited! I'm told the guys doing the work put a very nice finish on the concrete (fairly smooth). What i'm after now is instruction on what sort of sealer to use to keep oil, etc from staining. also want easy sweeping clean up of dirt...
