This is an early 1950's vintage Stanley #4 smoothing plane. I got it for $5.00 with a broken handle. I repaired the handle and cleaned up the metal parts. It looks very cool with the pitina left on it. I am an Architectural Millworker by trade and I restored this plane to put it back to work...

I got this Buffalo drill press a few years ago. It runs great and works perfectly. I'm curious to see if anyone knows about this machine. I cannot find a model # anywhere on it. I would love to know more about the possible age and details of this machine.
