Wondering what this tool is. It is stamped SICPA It seems to be a can opener, but it would pierce the lid with a hole. It has different colored finger prints in paint. Does anyone know what SICPA is or was?

Does anyone recognize what these are? Sorting out all the little bits in my workshop and some stuff is junk and other things belong with other tools. Just don't want throw them out and then find I need them.

Does the brand TulShed still exist? Where were they sold. I believe they were just cheap a hardware store brand.
