    Source for "retainer" clips for jack axle, lift arm, etc.???

    Where can I buy these in 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch i.d. sizes? Plan B would be to flatten them out and attempt to reuse. Thanks-

    What did they use on 50s-60's jacks for bearing lube?

    Areas like the casters, for example. Grease? Heavy weight oil? Obviously, something that can withstand the shear forces of a few tons pressing down and getting pulled around a garage. Those ball bearings were getting abused. What's good today that can hold up?
