    Snap on industrial rats?

Same auction, 2 boxes....fairly easily identifiable snap on. Or what I really hoped to be from the poor online auction pics, craftsman c series. What I found though when I got em in my hands confuses me. 3/8 one has PF--87, made in usa and 3/8 markings is all. 1/2 drive has made in usa, but...

    Machinist gauge/micrometer?

Found this in an old machinist box I'm clearing out. I know previous owner worked on old ford's and model T's, not that it matters all that much specifically. 4649 is only model or mfg. Everything else looks like graduation marks. Assuming it's part of a bigger set, but Google lens won't...

"MAC" P-23 slip joint plier maker??

Any ideas on the maker of these little Pliers? I have this one labeled "MAC" in quotes model P-23. I also have a channellock style with a similar "SPEEDY" name on them out in the work van. Not sure if they'd be same makers, but just kinda odd to have more of a name, as opposed to maker in the...

Only 1 pic, but cant figure this one out

Any ideas, fellas? Doesn't look like a factory makers stamp, but only thing I see on it is challenge or challenger across the top. If it gets tighter as it spins down, appears it would have to be a splitter or separator of some sort instead of a press in.

    Snap on KRA-300J drawers

So...impulse buy at estate sale discount day. Found out I did pretty good for $200 because of side cabinet, but disappointed didn't have the optional lower 3 drawers. Had one extra slide tho. Planning to do some light straightening and cleanup and use in my work van. Long shot, but anyone...

    Snap on No.71 spring?!?

Hope it's OK to post this on the normal forum, but came across this old girl and looks a little over engineered on the light little spring for the pawn. Old No.71. Haven't checked with snappy, but anyone by chance have a spare spring from a parted out rat they might wanna sell??

    Interchangeable pipe wrench jaws

Ok team, I'm pretty sure I've stumbled across a listing for something like this before, but can't find it now. Buddy sent this pics of some jaws he picked up at a sale. Looks like just missing the handle. All I can see is "41" on them so far. Anyone recognize them or a maker?

    Olton wilton???

This vise is being sold in online auction locally. Advertising it as a wilton, but looks cheaper, and the letter before "L" clearly isn't a I like wilton. Anyone heard of olton or something that might make more sense on this?

Vintage spinner Mfg...who, and what for?

Ok team, got one I've never seen before. Scanned blackhawk, snap on, vlchek, and walden...can't match it yet. Seen similar extensions from blackhawk for example, but it had both female and male 1/2 drive to be used as an extension. This is just a normal speeder spinner handle with a 1/2 drive...

    Craftsman or homebrew sander?

Got this mounted on a stand with working, but old motor and spins smoothly. Saw the red paint and just thought somebody used a old gearbox for a sander. Then looked closer n found a heritage badge on the sander plate. Making me ask...did someone just use a craftsman sander plate on the...

    Orange unbranded 3 jaw puller

OK, team! I buy these every time I see them at a sale cause they're a great, solid all around puller. Got one in my shop, in my work van, and one on site at work. But...I always assumed ridgid because of the orange, however, every part is unbranded and unbadged. Does anyone know who actually...

Rock Island 574 user/resto? Opinions needed!

I can't complain about the cost, because it came with a work bench n cheapo arbor press that will pay for the lot anyways. However...I think I wanna keep this as my big metal work table vise now. About as solid of one as Ive come across, but that brings me to downfalls. Swivel base has been...

    Pick hammer ID?

I'm no hammer guru, so lemme pick your brains! Rubberized handle, solid old looking construction, but can't find any markings or symbols or names anywhere. Heads 7 inches long, 1 inch wide. 11.5 inches overall. Looks like it has a specific use, I'm just not sure what it is. If it were...

    Craftsman drill press original?

Local posting for $85. Seems like right in the ballpark to replace the old clarke metalworker floorstanding press i have now. From the sole picture on the listing, do some of you experts think its unmodded? Looks like only 2 handles arms to raise and lower? Usually 3, right? Pretty sure im...

    Cornwell SD-100....what is it for?

Found this at an estate sale, and no idea what its for? Google dont help either. Normal screwdriver handle. However...the square shank is spring loaded and retracts into the handle. Tip is 5/8" wide, and looks kind of like some of the old valve lapping adaptors i've seen. Aybe light duty...

    New to me toolboard care

Just got hooked up on these from a fellow estate sale buddy!! Traded for a big stanley bailey plane. Question is...they will be hanging in my shop, which is prone to humidity and cold. Recomendations for any care or sealing i should do to keep em in good shape and color for long time to come...
