I found this one at the local flea today. Has the williams diamond and superratchet selector, but not the handle. Anyone else seen one like this? Possibly pre superratchet? Has patd on it, but no patent number. Works like a champ no matter how old it is.

I know ive seen these around, and can think of at least a handfull of uses, but can anyone tell me the specific designed use for these? Brass ring is apprx 1 7/8 ID and tightens slightly as you screw the handle in. Solid steel handle, and ring is thick material, so its a pretty beefy tool.

Sorting through chi-nase sockets at the habitat restore and came across these mixed in. Little rough, but rusty little gems shining through!!! Soaking in WD now to soften up the rust, then little polish and add to the other 2 or 3 ive found in the past 2 years.
