    Why on some vise mounting pads,are 2 holes wider apart than the other 2 holes? Which is the best mounting position & why?

    Can anyone ID this ratchet?

    Scored a few freebies today.This ratchet has no markings that I could find.It did come with a older SO -G- socket & a Ampco W272 socket which makes me think the ratchet might be govt issue?
