Hi, a few years ago I put some epoxy coat on my garage, I acid etched and than did an epoxy coat and than a clear top coat. I am looking to do another floor in a business and all I want is a high gloss look. The only thing I have found so far is: Are there any better DIY options?

The last coat on my garage is urethane with shark grip, I have pulled in with two different car and both leave tire marks, they are thicker where the tire sits over time. can be rubbed off easily with my finger, like a dust. I waited a week before use.
