Have not posted in awhile so here is an update..bought additional 10+ acres behind me as guy was moving and I wanted to keep my privacy and building will be going there. Just got pad built for building using dirt or should I say red clay from pond to keep costs down since it took around 300++...

Just received this bid, now would someone please loan me $100,000 I think I could get him to throw in insulation and some light panels.. works out to be around $15.50 per sq ft. I am sure there are a few details needing attention before any work would commence. See basic drawing here...
