I was reading a thread about restoring a tool box and the thought came to me that there should be a place where we can put all of the threads about restoring Tools and Tool Boxes. I think that we have enough members on here that would contribute there expert opinion and suggestions. Just a thought.

I bought a parts washer at Harbor Freight. Now I am wandering what is the best cleaner to put into it. Mostly going to be used for general automotive. I bought 5 gallons of Purple Power from AutoZone. Dont know if that is the right stuff or not.

Hey Snap On sent me a repair kit for my 3/8 drive ratchet. Great but it had no diagram showing how to install it. I am going to try and do it tomorrow but I would like to be able to look at something after I have it all apart. Thanks in advance :bowdown:

I want to buy a set of these Car dollies to put under my Hot Rod to move it around in the Garage when I am working on other projects. I looked at the ones at Harbor Freight but read the reviews and not that great. These have Ball Bearing casters. What do you think...

I am debating on whether to restore my Grandfathers tool box or to just clean it up and leave it the way it is. The reason that I am debating this is because I dont want to hurt the value of it. I don't need it and was probably going to sell it. It is a 1940 - 1950's model. I cant find any...
