I have a few of these Proto 1/2" and 3/8" ratchets and I am getting rid of some ratchets and I wana know if I should keep these or get rid of them because I don't want to be giving away a good ratchet?

This is the bench drill press my dad rigged up, he got it and it was meant for a craftsman drill to bolt on to it, but he just rigged it up and hose-clamped and bosch 1/2" drill on it. I think its a rig, anybody else?
