Looking for a new 1" drive impact. Anybody have some positive experiences to share? I like IR but would consider other brands if there are good experiences. This will be used daily for 1 - 2 hours off and on doing undercarriage work.

Seems like I am always running to the hardware store for fittings, adapters and other such threaded things...for projects and what-not... Does anybody on here have a huge quantity of assorted brass NPT fittings they would sell?

I only buy IR...love the customer service and have had great luck in all my years using them. Now with that being said, I have never owned an IR air ratchet... been using an old blue point and it finally quit. rebuild kit is more than a new ratchet and i just want a shiny new thing, you know...

I don't, never have.... but after buying a few new ones lately for my at home toolset, i read the directions and it says to grease them through the needle port in the hammer case every so often.... does anybody in the real world ever do this?
