    Need 2nd story flooring opinions

I have a 2 story 24 x 24 garage. Lower parking level has epoxy, but I need to finish the upstairs with something. I've been leaning toward installing a Garagedeck or Racedeck floor mostly for the looks, since it's really just a hangout area. Racedeck is nearly double the price of Garagedeck, but...

    Need advice on 2-story heater

I did a search and am coming up short on info. I'm building a 24 x 24 with a 2nd floor, full staircase with opening, fully insulated and insulated door. I'm thinking of using a Hot Dawg/ Modine/ Mr. Heater 50k or 60k btu heater. Would this be a good size to use?

I'm building a new garage and am torn between dutchlap and 4" clapboard siding. It will probably be vinyl unless I can swing for Hardie plank. What do you guys prefer style wise? I did a search and came up with very little.

    New guy from Chicago Burbs

Just wanted to officially say Hi to everyone. I stumbled upon this while looking for info on heated garage floors. Looking to tear down my crappy 2.5 car and make it into a 2 story. I already got some good ideas, maybe too many! But, Great Site! Thanks, Bob.
