Gray would be considered the proto/Williams of Canada. Master craft is sold at canadian tire. Some snot bad. Lifetime warranty. Similar to Stanley. Their pliers are junk. Ultra pro is nap as house brand in Canada. It would be one step above master craft along the lines of gearwrench
