    Need LED lights

Mine's stick framed so I'm just running everything through the studs and over the trusses with drywall covering it up. I've been working my tail off prepping the concrete for epoxy because we have a few days next week in the high 50's low 60's.

    Need LED lights

@smokeeaterff I just ordered 22 of the same fixtures linked to you for my 30x60x12. Assuming the quality is fine this is a very good deal on diffused lens 2' fixture. It will probably be 2-3 weeks before mine are installed but I will try to come back to one of the threads referencing them and...

Toro vs Ariens/Gravely Zero Turn Mower

I also have a Gravely/Ariens ZT48 since around 07 and it has been fabulous. Fab deck, tube frame, etc. I mow my 1 acre yard in about 40 minutes. I keep a spare trio of blades sharpened and swap them out occasionally and she's good to go. Common service packs are found on Amazon/Tractor supply...

    Show your new tool arrivals

I've been tempted to try from him again just solely due to the diversity of products he offers. I had a very lengthy and unpleasant first buying experience with him but it was during his move back to the States and I'm considering trying once again by chalking up the first go-round to his move...

    Harbor Freight test lab

Totally unrelated to this thread but just had to comment because I guess I've never seen you post before. Love the avatar and handle, I am too. Also another Tennessee resident checking in. Continue with the HF bashing...

The Truck Tool Equivalents Thread 2.0 - Expanded with Part Numbers

I'm interested in those screwdrivers as well. @gdock do you have a part number other than what the Amazon seller has listed? They have J-1174 and J-1172 posted which brings up nothing much tool related except for some random Proto. Maybe the going rate is $140 a set for phillips and slotted...

opinions on these 2 cheap rachets

I'm glad you wrote it so I can just quote you and agree! I have a drawer full of dual 80's but when I set up a 5 drawer cart with all of my extras I put a couple of the HF Pro ratchets in it and must admit they are much nicer than the CM ratchets they are sitting next to. I'd be surprised if I...

Wrench rails - any Snap-on Equivalents?

Truth. I've got Ernst standard and low profile thrown in a box somewhere because they were replaced with the 15a's. Definitely no substitute. Just wait it out for them.

Any snap on dealers on here ?

I'm in the same boat as the guy you quoted. Where I work we never need tools but after an external audit we needed to find some calibrated tools for an OEM we have. This required us to purchase tools quarterly and also send out for re-calibration during those intervals. I took it upon myself to...

Is anyone using a ratchet adapter? If so, when do you use it?

I only have one and it's a big Proto 3/4 drive, but when you put it on the 40" Tekton breaker you have a seriously mean ratchet. The last time I used it was to break the nuts off an early 60's C10 trailing arm bolts and it made short work of them. Under a lift provided the room to swing it but I...

    Snap On KRL722 pricing

I was wondering the same thing. But notice they aren't the spring "Iso" casters so maybe it's something new.

New Wrench racks: Cheapest toobox space I've ever bought

I was just telling someone in the toolbox thread about these. I have many sets of them. I actually only use the kra15a as they work fine for even my larger wrenches. They're great and you're right about condensing a ton of space in the drawer.

    Let's see your toolbox.

The low pros work better than the standard but my vote goes to the KRA15A from Snap On. I've been through all of them it seems that these just plain work best. I've got them in the wrench drawers of a 722 and 7022 and have wrenches up to 1 1/2" and I think 28 or 30mm maybe? and they work...

    Let's see your toolbox.

Older sbc style LT1. This one is my dad's and it's truly a rust free Bel Aire that has all the pedigree and has been in his basement since around '84. I've added disc brakes and suspension but we didn't want to modify anything that couldn't go back to the way it was so we decided to use an LT...

    Let's see your toolbox.

Herr is some new pics with its companions Killer set up right there and sweet '55. I've got a '57 in my shop now finishing up an LT1 swap in. I'm cringing looking at your pole jacks that close to the car though!!!

WINS100 Wire insertion tool. I saw someone post theirs in the "green" thread and I just picked up one too. I used to install 12V ages ago and would have loved to have this for fishing wires through grommets/firewalls etc. I used to cut down antenna bases and bevel them to do the work.

    New Craftsman box

Idk about how heavy duty the US Waterloo's actually are though. I just installed one of the Pro or whatever they call it intermediate chests on the bottom of my HF 5 drawer cart and I hate to admit but the HF is noticeably stouter. I'm only holding wiring accessories so it works great for me...

2016 Snap-on Franchise Conference Pictures ONLY

I also put in an order on one too and today chatted online with a rep at SO about my order and she said that the ratchets are not restricted or special production and that my order should be filled next week. I guess we shall see.

Got my new NEPROS Made in Japan 1/4" ratchet today!

Interesting that you post this because I ordered a few Japanese ratchets last week too including Nepros which is definitely stepping outside the box for me. Some might start showing up tomorrow so I'm anxious to see if I like them as much as others. Although others have questioned using them...
