Just a bump to keep this topic alive :) Here's a pic of my impacts -- all overhauled and in use. big pic is all 3/8 drive and the single is a TATOOLS 1/2". The 3/8 left to right are KD, KD, (3) HK Porter, MAC, and Proto (proto is BIG). Proto is a sealed unit, so it just gets dunked in oil...

I have this base available if anyone needs it -- I bought it on ebay, but it is not the one I needed. It is marked 101 199 WF1 on the main body, and 101 088 on the interior piece.

I'll toss in the first pic of 2022...

I have the same speed ratchet -- use it all the time, even though it is a highly sought and expensive collector piece.

Regardless of what it was made for, I'm adding this to my brake bleeder stuff--I work on a lot of motorcycles and this will be a nice small bleeder.

Great news... I had a glass Hoppes solvent bottle that had the exact threads and screwed right on... Like it was made for it.

Pawn shop score today -- paid a whopping $1 for these two MAC impact adapters--one is 1/4" the other is 5/16". Both 3/8" drive.

Amazing what 5 minutes with the wire wheel and some grease will do.....

Picked up a MAC ID67 for 5 bucks today... I'll lube it up tomorrow and test her out!

Too bad I haven't come up with a good use for it yet -- as beefy as it is, I'm sure it would make a great little lift, or mini "jaws of life" to spread stuff.

I remember using the old twist in spacers--never used that type.

No forked ends on it -- has cups like you would insert between a coil spring to spread them. Not reversible, 9" long, and that is a 5/8" diameter bolt. Agree on coil spring but why....?

Any help on this one? I've had it awhile and have never had a use for it. Someone used it hard because there is a divot where the end of the bolt cut into the surface from pressure. No markings on it anywhere.

So I pulled all my impact drivers down and lubed them today--here's what I found. My USA Craftsman is not really serviceable--pin is peened in place. Maybe someday I'll press it out. The 2 identical K-Ds with different model numbers are exactly the same and use a cross pin as the rotating...
