finished blowing in cellulose in my 40x72 shop walls...8" thick took a lot of insulation! now on to the ceiling as soon as I get some tin up!

just got my 7.5hp champion hooked up last weekend..used a knife switch as a disconnect on the wall. and for what its worth I used 6gauge wire and hooked it to the l1 and l2 terminals. works just fine.

i have a Lincoln precision tig225..great machine!

That was my thinkin too...just didnt know if it would harm the floor inside the shop.

hello..i will soon be pouring the rest of the floor in my pole barn/shop and have formed up a small pad 4x8 at the man/walk door. should I drill and tie this small pad with rebar to my existing floor or is this a bad idea? I am located in NE Mo. Thanks.

I have 4 snap on....that is the only 3/8 ratchet that i use.

well...I had to look up what AHJ meant and have no idea what the NEC is..so call me dumb. Iam in the middle of nowhere Midwest.. although I am able to do pretty much whatever I want to on my property, I do try to do things the right way. :) thanks again guys.

The reason for the 2 outlets is that my shop is 40x72. 1 outlet is in my "shop" area and the other is in the middle of the building incase I need to move my welder to that location for a repair. However I do plan to use a beefy extension cord at that receptacle. Thanks guys.

how are you guys doing your inside corners when installing inside liner tin? im referring to where the wall meets the ceiling and where two corners meet? thanks.

Im in missouri. Yes i do plan to put gutters on it.

here is a picture. its a 40x72x12. I had it put up this September. As soon as I get a little further along I plan to start a build thread. the first 2 bays are concreted as of last week, with plans to finish the rest this spring. We have been mostly working on wiring it.

I am going to put outside lights above each door on my building. it has 10x10 doors. I would like to see what others have done. not looking for dusk to dawn, just lights to turn on when needed. thanks.
