those trucks are prone to have bad duraspark boxes. if it "just died" and didn't dribble to a stop, it has to be electrical but not timing or plug wires. something cutting out because of a short or over heating. jim

if it ran well before this problem i don't think low pressure readings are your prob. we need more info as to what it felt like when you stopped. die all of a sudden? just slow down? pumping the gas didn't help? dyng all of a sudden usually electrical, dying slow might be gas. engines...

andy, i think you are using flux core , right ? i was told a long time ago when i was having probs that the wire ages poorly and makes welding hard. it helped with me when i used new stuff. practice and set you amps low on the sheet metal.. you want to hear the bacon fry! jim

i really think you are over thinking this. osb has been used for years in most conditions with no probs. i know jersey is humid but i think you will be fine for a long time..you can always lay another layer of treated ply on top of what you have now or later if you find a prob. the part under...
