jim
I a pretty sure it is due to a lack of flashing on the landing outside. Need to work on the stairs at some point and will look into it then.

You could have had some of my plywood strips.

I agree that I would paint it, as much as I know you don't want to, you will also be pissed every time you see it for all eternity.

Was unloading the smurf easy enough?

Was not to bad. Didn't drop it on my foot. Engine crane was buried of course. Yours were too little, ripping sheets into 1 foot strips to hold the main runs of emt, allow for adding 220 as needed and more importantly mounted at 3-4 feet to prevent mobile tools from smashing up the drywall.

Glad to see that I am not the only one to buy supplies for my build and then the supplies come up missing. Happens all the time.

Yep elevator is great. Need to add back door downstairs though wheleling stuff around the yard *****. It's got an 8' ceiling. I should have done my strip about 6 inches lower.

I may have planned too many outlets... 8 pairs left to wire + some ceiling ones for lights...

Got initial outlets done. 23 pairs of 2 20 amp runs... And ceiling outlets done. Now I still need to do a ton of caulking then get the lower garage back in order to do the floor insulation before winter.

Working on trim details for kitchen today. Having space in the woodshop is amazing. Running up and down stairs is exercise.

Cool storage rack! Thought about attaching a bungee cord on each level, or is there a little lip stopping them from sliding out?

No lip but it stable so I don't think there an issue.

Late night polying.... Yes that's the trim I made 3 years ago. Got tired of moving it around so finishing it ( it's for Windows that have curtain shut usually do it was low priority)

Looks like some order is winning over chaos! Love board/conduit arrangement. Height looks just fine. Never too many outlets. Getting the storage rack is a key step towards **** management. Are you planning a sheet goods rack?

Yeah I need one it's all leaning on a pallet buried in a corner right now. Problem is picking where as I need cleanance in front, but it naturally fits best in a corner

Stair have been moving a little too much for my taste.. not much meat left in the stringers the way it was built so added some 2x8s and blocking as reinforcement. Doesntwiggle anymore. 28a949b74b157de80fbe36fd917596da.jpg93d42d806b563fdd91b8f9a4774b8e1c.jpg
