    Rustoleum Epoxy to Armorclad

Thanks for the tip Armorpoxy! I did order the primer and upgraded to the 2 part top coat. You can see I have a lift and can be pretty rough on it.

    Rustoleum Epoxy to Armorclad

Hey everyone! I am redoing my Rust-Oleum tan colored epoxy floor in my garage. We did the floor about 5 years ago using the Professional Rust-Oleum line and we finally started seeing yellowing of the epoxy near the garage door from UV light and had a spot that peeled from concrete top cracking...

    flooring advice

Can this go over a previously epoxied floor? Before joining this forum 5 years ago I put down the "professional" Rustoleum epoxy and clear in my garage. It isn't peeling or anything, but could use a revitalization of the shine. Derek

Mini-split, conventional split, RTU for build?

I have a Friedrich cassette in my 225sq foot above garage bonus room, been on 2 years straight and not a hiccup yet. The garage below has a regular wall mount head connected to the same outdoor unit. The cassette for sure isn't as powerful and takes longer to cool/heat the space (even though...

    New garage floor already chipped

Afternoon Armorpoxy, Don't mean to hijack, but have a similar question. Can you put the SPGX over an epoxy? I have the Rustoleum professional version down for about 5 years, no pealing or issues, but it has taken a beating and is a bit dull. Could I use that product to bring some shine and add...

    Southern Louisiana "Showroom"

Thanks for the wall hanger tips, great ideas. It is a V8, I wanted the reliability and availability of parts, plus it's just fast enough.

    Southern Louisiana "Showroom"

Thanks for the compliment. I really loved the TTS. It was an APR 2+ car and was most likely faster than the R8 to 60 on a good day. The R8 is a beautiful machine in another league handling wise however.

    Remote Control Garage Door Lighting

Good Evening Fellas, Looking for some electrical expertise. I am currently building a 2nd floor bonus room above the garage and am looking to do some creative lighting tricks. I currently have 24 T8 bulb florescent fixtures tied into a single switch. I am looking for ways to have them come on...

    Load Bearing Roof Supports?

You are correct and there is no support under the vertical "support". It is only a shadow, no water leak.

    Load Bearing Roof Supports?

First off, THANK you all for the insight as to my situation and all of your experience being shared here. My responses (red) and additional photos below. Existing dormer, would need to be reworked for my purpose. Better photo looking up main vertical "support" and at the base. This is...

    Load Bearing Roof Supports?

IT was built in 2006, no plans that I have been able to find are available. I am the second owner, purchased in 2011. See above post about my luck finding someone to look at it.

    Load Bearing Roof Supports?

That the plan is to have a professional look at it. Two engineers/architects have been over so far and decided not to pursue my project as it was too small scale/bonus room. I am looking still for the "professional" to take it on. I was going to pull these if I got a definitive answer just so I...
