I just screwed mine direct and clipped the lights in, only change I made was the supplied screws were horrible so I swapped for some decent screws I had on hand.

Couple of quick night time shots, in reality there are only 9 of 15 lights putting out light as 2 rows are over the open garage door. Garage progress is currently waiting for the holiday season and some house re-modelling to be done. Also need to diagnose a problem with the wife's Caliber...

Insulation and finishing will happen, right now house re-modelling is coming first.

Ran out and grabbed a couple of night pictures of the ebay lights, 15 in a 20 x 24 garage. In reality it is just 9 as the garage door is open and blocking 2 rows. I'm still extremely happy with them.

Managed to find time to get the 2 x 20 amp circuits wired up and tested over the weekend. Small steps, but you are no more than 4 feet from an outlet now. Next weekend will be adding the ceiling outlets for lighting, and pulling more of the nails, screws and bolts out.
