Code question solar conduit "end cap" and interior rules

Depending on your jurisdiction: 1. Connect rain-tight 3/4 EMT connector. 2. Thread into 3/4" rigid coupler (threaded coupler) 3. Thread a 3/4 metallic strain relief into the coupler. The only caveat is that you can only get 1 conductor per pipe.

    48V mower

If LED's are used for lighting, some of the accept wide DC input voltage. You may be able to have a fully 48 Volt system. Same goes for the coil on the contactor.

    Sump Pump Check Valve

The air chamber needs to be sealed. I've used female pipe threaded cleanouts for this purpose. My setup is in a 4' deep sump, and goes from the check valve to the bottom of the lid (approx. 24")

    Fire alarm wiring.

The red conductor passes a 9v signal when in alarm state a would be inherently protected by the Limited output of its source. if you look in the specification sheets for your smoke detector it will have a maximum output rating, somewhere around a quarter amp if that. I can't speak to the NEC...

    Floor slab thickness

What kind of loads are you expecting on your second floor? I see you used the ICF system for the floor, was it easy to erect? The garage I'm planning to build is a single car, maybe 14 x 28 or close to, depending on what the town will allow. I was hoping to have a "basement" with floor to...

    Floor slab thickness

Agree completely on the engineer. I have a One ton truck and don't want it in the "basement". Like I said, just attempting a material take off to assist in budget generation.

Your Assessment on Capacitor Replacement for Generator

As others have said, increasing speed isn't a good idea as that directly affects frequency. Try a 40uF cap to boost voltage as the one that you replaced may have been undersized to begin with. As long as you test voltage before you plug something in you can't damage anything.
