I can build the handle and mount for the stand easy. Even the hydro looks easy enough. Pulling it down with a foot on the stand should work until hydro is added. New the 105 is $300, plus shipping. Finding dies is the challenge now.

Found a Protool 105 for 225 shipped. No handle, dies or stand. I was looking at the Woodward but it seems to be a knockoff and a few bad reviews. No for dies. Thinking 1in and 1.5 to start off. I also understand many of the dies from JD/JMR with work with the protool, but I want to get it...

I am leaning towards the JD style now. There are a couple deals out there and it will do more of what I want.

Yeah, not sure about is why I am asking. It does look large and the propriatary alum dies were a question. Done alot of searching on CL for benders and see all the standards, but never theirs.

My location is the same as yours, cracked garage floor. I think it comes down to time and money. Short on the later and keep thinking I have the time to do things that never get done! Nothing in stone and I really have no place for a 2 post unless I move my toyhauler.

Mine has the tape too, just waiting for the install. I ordered mine with longer lines. I think the epoxy is fine, it holds houses down!! For the paint, take a chip down to the local ACE, they will match it with their rust stopping paint and can even give you spray cans. I did that for my Lathe...

It does look 180 out. Shouldn't the end that pivots take all the weight? The way that one is the scissors/non secured end slides away from the heavy end of the car as it goes up.

As you can see, the rain was coming and going and the tarp was a requirement. Easy to roll out though, er down. The overhang is 24 inches wide as are the supports, which go in 3 rafters that are spaced at 16 inches, yes overbuilt :thumbup:
