How would you hang this wheel?

Premium PL glue. That stuff will hold it in place just fine. (And it will drive your friends crazy trying to figure out whats holding it on!).

    Epoxy Coat Question

I recently did my floor with Epoxy-Coat brand and did color with flakes and next day clear over it all. Clear is the bomb!! I'm sorry I didn't do two coats of clear. I put silver glitter flakes also in an attempt to please my grandaughter. It worked and really gives the floor extra Pop!

ground floor for epoxy, large voids and a crack... now what?

Just finished my floor with Epoxy Coat. I had similar problems to yours. Rustoleum makes a two part paste that works great. Easy to work with although you must rough it up as you would any filler. Will do dips and cracks. Al W.

A question about epoxy clear coating.

Castrol makes a water soluble cleaner for grease/oil called Super Clean. Should work just fine. Al W.

How will a wet day affect my floor going down?

Rainy days are a No Go in my book. You might successfully apply the first coat but the humidity of a rainy day might cause an unseen moisture to interfere with the bonding or binding with any subsequent coats. Cooler Temps are fine as they give you more time to apply the epoxy as it will slow...

How long till you park your car on epoxyshield

If your finger nail cannot dent it your safe. I put mats down on my Epoxy Coat after a week and all is well. Parked the Yukon on it just an hour ago.

I did it! Here are some thoughts.

Thanks Rockchucker! One other thought I am adding. Do not use too much Aluminum Oxide, (slipping preventer). A little goes a long way. An even placement of a small amount is just fine. I put it down similar to a heavy amount of chips and it is way too much! Doesn't look bad but I know I could...

I did it! Here are some thoughts.

The Lift is a chain link, (Bicycle type but much heavier) Lift. The front and rear crossbars which hold/support the Ramps adjust independantly, so I just added a few washers to the front end chain at the top of the tower and that took care of the height difference for the uprights. As for...

I did it! Here are some thoughts.

I started to. The sides were prepped and I wanted to. The concrete soaked it up like a sponge! Good thing I didn't keep going as I almost ran short of color coat epoxy. My intention now is to ceramic tile it with a complimentary color. Tile is a lot cheaper than epoxy anyway. I want to wash my...

    Another Epoxy-Coat Floor is in

I had a similar problem. My garage is 638 Sq. Ft. and I bought 750 Sq. Ft. of Epoxy Coat. During the roll out of the base color, (Beige), I felt that the transparency of the material caused me to apply it too heavy. Towards the end mix I really had to work hard to roll out the material to get a...

I did it! Here are some thoughts.

Put down our Epoxy Coat floor coating today. I'm offering a few thoughts. First- Christine you really need better gloves! Second- No one points out how important the relative Temperature at rolling out time is. I waited till Fall so that I would have more time to play out material. Very...
