    Garage Epoxy Floor By IronDrive

Mr A, I'm unable to open your photos on my mac. Can you email them to me? [email protected] We had a blast working at your house. You are one of the coolest dudes we've had the pleasure of working for. It was also cool to meet Barry, from my hometown who has 5 Stanley Cup rings...

    Epoxy flooring , which brand

If you go with the thinner big box products, spend the extra and get the clearcoat. It will stay prettier longer. By big box products I mean Rustoleum, Quickcrete, H and C.

Wine Chateau it is. Did Schwimmer bust your b*lls for the seepage on the mapquest project?

    Recommended covering in HOT climate

I don't know about the other products however I install epoxy/urethane every day in Phoenix. Heat is not an issue at all with my products, but cold is in the winter when it's in the 30's.

    DRIVEWAY paint?

I'll do the same. My yard is littered with concrete/stone sealer samples that I tried out. Thankfully they were what I thought they were and I didn't use them at an actual paying clients house.

    Iron Drive Coatings FTW!

Thanks for the review! I want to assure everybody I did not pay Sean to say any of this. We had a great time doing your floor.

    Help me decide...

Rexthane needs an epoxy primer. You can use a SW epoxy and ensure coating compatibility or check with Epoxy coat and make sure it's compatible.

2 coats of urethane with chips only?

Just about no urethane will adhere to concrete. Use a good epoxy with a urethane topcoat. We recommend diamond grinding. At the very least, you MUST acid etch. There are a lot of threads regarding concrete prep here.

    question about sealer/prep for Epoxy-Coat

Ditto. It will all have to be ground off prior to epoxy.

Looks great! Better than a lot of the "professional" jobs I see around here.

    Epoxy for my new 2-car.

Sean, I grind off the Behrs and Quickcretes all the time. They never have a clearcoat on them. If you go this route, I would definitely put a clear or 2 on top. I don't know the solid content of these clears but I think it would be pretty low, so put 2 on.

Sean, I just PM'd you with my quote. Sorry I didn't see your message until now. I was busy making a darn good living! I forgot to ask, what city are you in? Thanks
