Looks great. If you plan on doing any work in there I would insulate it and put a window unit in because it will be hot in the summer. My garage is unfinished and its brutal in the summer. Regularly above 90 in there and before I insulated the garage doors its would be over 100 nearly every day...

Local stores have been having blow outs on various things. Nothing is the same between stores so you just have to see what they have on tables. I've gotten a bunch of hinges and knobs for a dollar or less.

I tried getting a permit for an 8x10 shed in Florida and the amount of hoops they wanted you to jump through is rediculous. They wanted 4 sealed copies of the building plan, a property survey, foundation plan, tree survey. They would want that for any type of shed built even tiny 2x4 tubberware...
