    Dunlap Drill Press

I've been looking for a drill press for quite a while. Almost gave up and bought a new just before Christmas. I'm glad I didn't, I just picked this table top model up yesterday. Everything seems to work well. It's smooth and whisper quiet. Pretty happy with it for $50.

    Input on the new Husky?

I bought the new Husky box. Had been looking for a new one for about a year before i finally broke down and bought it. I looked at the original 52" right next to this one. I'm happy with it for the money. Its a home use box, and I cant justify what a truck brand box would have cost, even...

let's see your craftsman block grinders

Decided to bring it home... Much more clean than the photo showed on Craigslist. Had planned on doing a cosmetic resto, but other than cleaning off the dust, it's too clean to worry with.

    Draft inducer motor help

Once I got the unit removed, I noticed fine metal shavings in the squirrel cage housing. The loose screw at the top is causing the shaft/squirrel cage to tilt and come in contact with the housing. A simple tightening of the screws would fix the issue. Seems like a waste to spend $100+ on a...

    Draft inducer motor help

That's what I was thinking, but there isn't a set screw. Appears to have been pressed on. I don't think I can safely remove the wheel. It's a rental property and I've called the maintenance guy but he said he would have to call a repair service on Monday. I like to try and fix anything that...

    Draft inducer motor help

Ok guys, I'm an idiot when it comes to HVAC. Never torn into anything relating to it. Before the furnace ignites, this guy starts up and runs... Noisy SOB. There is a loose screw and I can't get the squirrel cage off. How do I get the cage off the inside to tighten the screws underneath it?

    The VISES of Garage Journal

Thanks to this board and the many informing posts, I am well on my way to rebuilding my collection of tools. Picked this little guy up a few days ago off craigslist. Not nearly as nice as many of the fine vises in this thread but it will serve me well. Still a work in progress. Need to find...

HF 44 or Milwaukee 46 tool box

For anyone thinking seriously about the 44" roller... Looks like it will be in the big sidewalk sale in March. I have a few weeks to sell some items no longer needed and grab a good box at a damn good price!

Modifications to the HF 4 and 5 drawer service carts - what changes have you made?

New board member. Lurked for several weeks around the many threads. Needed to start on a rebuild of tools after a divorce some years ago. Originally wanted the 44", but for now the 5 drawer roller will suit me well. Just used around the house and slowly adding tools. There are some well...
