Mine showed up just like pictured above! Very nice score. Glad it came with the case as well. It would have cost me $30 to get a case otherwise....same price for the saw itself lol

Sometimes the OD of the 3/8 sockets will not allow you to get to some fasteners. I primarily use 3/8" drive but there are just some hard to reach spots that require 1/4" drive socket clearance :thumbup:

I use one all the time where I am dealing with small hardware (1/4" or less) where its a through bolt/screw and I can't get a wrench on the other side (counter bored hole). I use the breaker bar on one side with my 1/4" ratchet on the other. This is mainly done on assembly type of work.

Yup. Usually the weight is in reference to the head, not the overall weight of the tool.

I'm not sure how the 'quiet glide' series slides attach, but if they are anything like the basic home owners series, you won't be able to move them around too easy. On the basic home owners series, the rails attach to guides that are formed onto the inner side walls (which are not moveable). HTH

I picked one up as well. It's a good enough price where I can store it away until I buy the battery or need to use it :)

Are you referring to the symbols stamped into the wrenches as engravings? Those are Snap On date codes! They tell you the year the wrench was manufactured. I still think you got a heck of a deal....even if you have to replace the 3 flank drive plus wrenches with 3 standard flank drives to...

Ok you do realize the official name of Mexico is: Estados Unidos Mexicanos aka United Mexican States But as for the part in question.....it is just another part Snap On would prefer to have made under a outside vendor vs making it in house.
