I have torx drivers down to T2, so they definitely exist, but you'd need to look at precision screwdrivers. For example these wera drivers go down to T1. Though I'd just buy a set with bits instead of separate drivers if you don't intend to use them often.

You could get stahlwille, hazet or gedore, they should al be a very tight fit. If those don't do it then probably nothing will. I have a teng tools (taiwanese) set of hex sockets for brake calipers and those are a really snug as well, but if you're only buying a 7mm then you might as well get...

In your case it's probably easier to get 1/2" (or 3/8") hex sockets that you can use directly on your torque wrench, like this:

I've played with a few of those for a bit in a local store and liked them. They were basically the same price as an equivalent pair of knipex pliers though, and I wouldn't buy fatmax over those. But then again I'm biased since I've had a few bad experiences with stanley's regular line of tools...

It reminds me of the combination pliers that were included in their "tourist box" which were sold during the 50's and 60's and meant as a on-the-road tool kits voor the VW bug and several other german cars. But I'm not sure how long they produced this style of pliers after they stopped selling...
