Clean and straight forms will be key. I’d love to do architectural form and use conical ties as shown on the rendering but am anticipating using metal forms. Sketchup didn’t have a “residential basement concrete” paint.... :) Thanks for the heads up on ties

The garage door is about 2ish years old now. It is insulated and I put a liftmaster jack shaft opener on it this summer. I would love to do carriage doors that would swing out, but the opening would end up being too small for my wife to get the truck in and out without hanging up the mirrors....
