I work on a marina where we do our own construction. The last Dewalts we had went to junk very quickly (corded and cordless), pretty much everything we use now is Milwaukee and we can't throw enough abuse at those things. They just refuse to stop.

Milwaukee. Hands down.

I'd find a Milwaukee, we had Dewalts at work that were total garbage recently.

just get a quality set of 12pt and be done with it if you're not doing terribly heavy work

The ratchet is a 48 tooth, I believe, could be a 60. I just picked up that exact ratchet for use at work the other day, its a high quality piece! Their ratchets feel just as sturdy as their wrenches. Good luck with the sale!
