Unless I’m missing something, that’s a primary fuse ahead of the transformer, same as OP.

Yup. See how quick that was? If this new tested cable was stretched out over the ground, the OP could also prove if his camera was good or bad. I think those are the answers he’s looking for.

Cat5 is around $.12 / ft. I’d fly 250’ of it on top of the ground, terminate, test and plug in the camera. Total time, less than an hour with a whole bunch of questions answered.

I agree with the others, skip the ground clips. A 1/4" hole in the block is probably the best option. In a pinch, put a 10/32 nut on the ground screw before you thread it into the box. With the nut and a ground wire under it, the ground screw will barely protrude past the back of the box.

You will most likely need an arc fault breaker on that circuit, along with most others. A combination arc fault / ground fault breaker will only be a few dollars more than just an arc fault breaker, and give you the ground fault protection you need in the locations where it’s required.
