Can I hook up the nuetral though in case anything in the future would be 4 wire? Would there be any harm in that? And use a 4 wire plug and just not have the neutral in the plug?

I have recently got some 220 single phase wood tools. Older ones. A jointer, planer, shaper and I will rewire my table saw. The most amps of any of them is 16. I bought 12/3 Romex with ground and 4 wire plug / outlet. The tools all have 3 prongs. I assume there is no neutral on them...

thanks. so should the very ends of the flat or lower cord whatever be on the outside carriers? and then have a same size carrier inside? leaving the overhang unsupported technically by the carrier?

are these truss set right on the carrier? there are 4x6 posts. 2x12 on the outside and 2x4 on the inside. I would have thought the flat portion of the truss should be on both carriers. and the 2x4 should also be a 2x12. both are notched. the flat is on the 2x4 and the overhang is on the 2x12

under the foam? would you still put the sheathings between the foam and the roof?

so LVL on top of newly set posts would work good? I could do 2- 1-3/4x 14" x 17' LVL on top of 6x6 posts? I looked at GluLam but they are about 5x the price it seems, but can be treated. LVL says not for the elements, while its inside it isn't climate controlled either. No concerns there...
